• Purpose was to clearly communicate value of all employee rewards, including salary, health benefits, paid time off, 401(k) contributions, discount programs, and more
• Creative direction, design and production of 5 versions, each using 100+ unique data fields, printed and delivered to 15,000+ associates from all levels of the company, including the CEO
• Worked closely with print vendor to ensure accuracy and security of all confidential associate data
• Digital version created for employee access on company intranet
• Launch of project was extremely well received at all levels of the company, statement has become regular component of the company’s internal communications strategy
