Internal Employee Recognition Program
• Purpose was to encourage all levels of leadership to regularly recognize and appreciate their colleagues for accomplishments large and small
• Design includes CEO quotes and corporate messaging
• Postcard packages with suggested uses and envelopes were assembled, distributed throughout the company
• Digital versions also made available on company intranet for use as e-mail blasts
• Program was widely successful and championed by the CEO, who ordered and hand wrote hundreds of postcards each quarter
