One of the best things we can do as we pursue creativity, is to champion, celebrate and share the work of others. The idea that truly creative work is born out of nothing more than the artist’s internal creative genius has been around a long time. It’s also wrong. Creativity doesn’t happen in a vacuum. We’re all inspired by the world around us in different ways, and our ideas can be shaped by everything and anything.
